Thanks. I think I understand now. My problem is I am afraid that I can't be best. You are right, if we put the result away, and enjoy the process of pursuing the goal, we will make it.

Yes Leo, more important than what you are good at, is what you enjoy doing. Naturally, if you enjoy doing something, you become good at it. Your advantages are hidden inside your passions.

You might recall from your youthful years, some of the things you loved to do which were creative, or required you to expend energy to produce.

Your activities which were constructive; which produced something of tangible value others could consume or appreciate.

These skills or activities are potential talents.

Whether you are top in your chosen field right now, is not the issue. The question is whether you have the passion to drive you to the top.

Plus, we should also remember that no matter how good we are at something, there is almost always someone better at it than us. So... more important than being the best, is expressing that unique gift inside you, which only you can bring into the world.

how to find out what I am good at. I don't know what I am good at. This may sound a little stupid, but it's true. I lost. I thought I was good at something, then I found out I am just in the middle level, not that good. Is there any way I can follow to find my advantages?

Hi Sheela, you will probably need to find a suitable way to make money. You have strengths which are unique to you; things which you do better than most. Knowing what you are good at, and how to translate that into a working income is the way to your Rs.30K.

If you have anything to discuss, please speak freely.

Kind regards,
Lance Ong

Hi Michael, I suppose you could lock your money by buying investments. Make these assets items which you like to buy and accumulate. The other way could be to just stop spending. Or just buy smaller things to cheer your day rather than the BIG TICKET items. Of course, if it were the case that you have to do 'Retail Therapy' to be happy, then that is not the way to lasting happiness... Do you find yourself experiencing such an issue?

That's right, Christine. It's a bit high. I would halve it to about three thousand Australian dollars or less. Producing a positive cash flow of only about $450. So looks like you'll need a lot more houses. :P

You know, this seems to make a lot of sense! Although, I rather disagree with the part where you state a house worth 600,000 can be rented out for 6,000 a month, or something of that sort. Here in California a house that's worth 600,000 is rented out for around 2,000. You have amazing views on money making strategies, and I will surely invest in the future- it seems to be the best bet!
