The Soul’s Path

Have you ever wondered why you exist – in this lifetime, under these circumstances? Why were you born into this family and not another? Is there a greater purpose to your life? The answers lie in understanding your soul’s role in living this life and many others.

What Is The Soul? 

There are a few meanings for the word ‘soul’, but we are focusing on that part of you called your higher consciousness or your spirit, the celestial energy that imbues your body and gives you unique desires and a destiny.

Destiny comes from the Middle English word, destine, which means to determine beforehand. It implies that there is a specific destination intended – a purpose, if you will. Your soul inhabits this body because there are lessons it must learn and things it must do in this lifetime in order for it to progress the world and evolve to the next level on the Scale of Souls. If a soul fails to achieve its goal within this lifetime, another soul will take over its challenge and try to make the divine task happen for God. For example: invent aeroplanes, the telephone, lightbulbs etcetera.

The Soul’s Purpose 

Souls have many purposes. But they are mostly centred around developing and operating the world. One can be a merchant soul and import the finest luxurious carpets for hotels and office buildings. One can be a spiritual teacher and give classes that enlighten the world. One can be a homemaker and bring up the next generation of genius —someone to invent the spirit-to-human internet? (An internet where spirits can communicate with human beings?)

Whichever kind of soul you are… know that you have a special purpose on this Earth. It is all predestined. There is a definite path you must take that is the decider of your success in life. Knowing the plan God has designed for you is so important, that if you ignore it, you will drift through life. A meaningful life means you have to hit your target; arrive at your destination; reach the top of the mountain. The hidden thing about God’s Plan for you, is that it is unknown to you at first…. But along the way in life, you may come across some spiritual guides birthed upon the Earth, known as Fortune Tellers and Life Coaches. These people can successfully guide you to your Path.

Why It All Began 

Life has an upward spiral of development for souls. As you mature and become an elder soul, you have the talents and instincts for tackling greater challenges.

Now you may begin to ask the question, “Why is there a need for such a dynamic system of evolving souls to their highest level? Why does it exist?” To answer this, I am going to tell you a story. A story about how the universe began….

Billions of years ago, there lived only one being – God. He had no form or shape; no components and no parts. He was all there is; there was nothing else. No space, no stars, no planets… nothing. He felt himself to have great potential but did not know how or in what way. There was nothing he could compare himself to, there was no relativity. For how would one know that they were pretty if there were no ugly? How would one know what is short if there were no tall? All knowledge is relative — it has to be considered in comparison with something else — without relativity, there can be no true knowing.

So God decided that since there was nothing to compare himself to on the outside, he would split himself up and see what is on the inside. His goal was self-discovery; to know himself. And thus occurred what we theorise today to be The Big Bang: infinite mass and density exploding across all directions, creating space and the known universe. As the mass scattered, so did the Soul of God. You are part of that mass, and therefore part of God’s Soul.

Who You Really Are 

You are more a soul than a body. You have lived more lives than just this one. And there will be many more to come. Your life is riddled with lessons, major and minor. They come in the form of obstacles and challenges. Sometimes you will swiftly overcome them. At other times, suffering will be your greatest teacher. Whether you overcome an obstacle or suffer because of it, the ultimate purpose is to overcome and succeed. Once you have mastered the lesson, the obstacle is no longer necessary and will disappear. Then the real challenge will come, and that is not a lesson… that is the real job, the real task, the real enemy you have to tackle. Build the Golden Gate Bridge…. Stop World War II…. Cure the COVID pandemic. God trains his human angel armies with gradual life lessons before tasking them with the big kahuna (large ocean wave).

Why You Are Here 

You are here to experience self-actualisation. And in doing so; in becoming your greatest self, you will ultimately progress the world. God rides in all of us — literally. God is within. He will guide you to your outcomes; He will lead you to success. You just have to pray to know your purpose and He will reveal it to you.

Know who you are meant to be, work hard to become it, and experience success vividly through your senses, so that you may truly know it in your soul.

Life gives us the opportunity to create whatever we wish, limited only by the natural laws of the universe. You can create pain and suffering; you can create joy and elation. Both help you to experience your whole self, in its entire multi-faceted, multi-dimensional nature. Good and Bad, Right and Wrong, Beautiful and Ugly. What’s important is deciding which do you want to experience more of? Are you going to be a playboy dating many women? Or perhaps a counsellor teaching men the value of abstinence and finding true love? Which do you seek to create in this lifetime to facilitate your soul’s understanding of itself? Which life is more meaningful to you? Which life do you want to live? This free choice, this ability to create, is the answer to the age-old question: What is the purpose of life?

And you know the answer is… “It’s predestined. But you can choose to answer the calling or not.”
